All patients undergo a panoramic intake evaluation including:
* Brief psychological testing
* Full review of medical issues
* Intensive psychiatric clinical assessment
A mutual decision is made regarding treatment modalities, e.g. medication, relaxation training, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, behavior therapy, or combinations thereof.
A mutual decision is then arrived at as to treatment frequency and length of follow-up sessions.
If useful, Dr. Fabbri offers time compression sessions, i.e. multiple back-to-back sessions for patients living at a distance or who desire intensive therapy.
